Applications and Features
The machine is used for slotting flat surface, formed surface(including cambered surface) and keyway of various parts, and slotting inclination in the range 0deg. to 10deg. mould etc. suitable for single piece or small batch production.
The worktable has three different directions feed(longitudinal, transverse and rotary direction), so can process continously multi surfaces on the machine after a clamping of workpiece.
Equipped with hydraulic transmission mechanism for ram reciprocating movement and worktable hydraulic feeding device. The speed of ram is constant in pre-reciprocating movement, the ram speed and feeding speed can adjust steplessly.
Hydraulic control console has changement for ram reversing, the worktable not only can hydraulic and manual feeding, but also can longitudinal, transverse and rotary moving fast by a separate motor driving.
The slotting machine with hydraulic feeding is instantaneous feed when the work end turn back in a reciprocating movement, so it is superior to mechanical slotting machine with drum feeding.
Compare with Traditional Mechanical Slotting Machine
Safety valve is provided for the hydraulic drive, to achieve overload protection. When overload use, overload work, thus protecting the safe production, but mechanical slotting machine can't achieve.
The main motion of hydraulic slotter is running in the oil, so all lubricating surfaces of the machine are automatically lubricated, thus greatly improve the service life of machine and reduce producing cost.
Hydraulic slotting machine adopts stepless speed regulation in the running, especially under the low speed running more stable, mechanical slotting machine can't achieve it.
Hydraulic automatic tool lifter is reliable, cutting tool is not easy to wear and tear, improve the service life of cutting tool. Hydraulic automatic hold-down mechanism can compress toolhead by oil cylinder, in order to avoid cutter relieving due to the overweight of tool shank, so improve roughness and precision of workpiece in the process of machining.
Send-cutter mechanism can completely oil before the machine start to cutting, oil directly through oil pump, greatly improve the accuracy of the sending cutter.
Hydraulic slotter achieve feeding stepless, the operation is very convenient, stable feeding.
